You have so much love and respect for ingredients and techniques. I really appreciate that. I'm one of those people that forgets to dry my lettuce. I know that you need to use less dressing and the dressing adheres better to the lettuce if you dry it 1st. I think I'm gonna go get a salad spinner! hahaha.
