CHICKEN FETTUCCINE ALFREDO INGREDIENTS:
2 6oz Chicken Breast, pounded evenly but not too thin
1 Tbsp of Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Sprinkle of Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp of Butter
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups of Heavy Cream
4oz of Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup of Grated Parm
8 oz of Fettuccine

    My kids favorite dish ❤ Laura, can I ask you…have you ever made sweet ravioli? Stuffed with ricotta and orange zest? Just wondering. I remember eating something like this when I was younger but not sure if it was made up or is it truly Italian? My Nonno hated it. But, eh 😐 I loved it because it was sweet and of course being a kid, mmm 😋
