PUDDING:
150g flour
1 cup sugar
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbs butter
2 tsp white vinegar
3 tbs apricot jam
Bake 180 degrees for 30 min

SAUCE:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 tsp vanilla esence
1/3 cup water

  1. Literally the best malva pudding. I tired yours quite a few times, then I decided to try Fatima sydows malva pudding for Christmas..everyone thought it was okay but don't get me wrong, she's still a great cook though. Today I made yours again and wow, we all loved it.
    The only malva pudding recipe I'll use. It's delicious!

  7. Wow, really delicious. Made this recipe with my 10yr old niece. When making the sponge we only added half a cup of brown sugar instead of a cup of sugar and it was still sweet and delicious. I highly recommend this amazing recipe. Many thanks for this recipe.🤗
