I'm 37 years old (almost 38) and last year my wife made me a grilled cheese sandwich. I never had that before since our variant is called a Tosti and it tastes really different. I prefer the grilled cheese sandwich with the plastic / fake cheddar cheese. 4 slices of cheese and a lot of butter. I top the sandwich off with knorr aromat to make it complete. I need this on a weekly basis now.

1 Carved off bone ham sliced thin and folded
1 2-4yr Cheddar slice
Homemade Ciabatta Bread
Sprinkle of Pecorino
Thin Provolone
Tiny bit of caramelized onions
Freddys Fry Sauce knock off (50:50 ketchup and mayo, sprinkle of harissa powder and hot sauce)

I make my grilled cheese sandwich with swiss and or Mozzarella with mayo sorry guys I just love that. But I will be adding bacon since I saw your recipe with that. Along with tomato soup delicious. You also can add slice ham to your grilled cheese sandwich.
But just a suggestion Mr. Joshua Weissman use a gas stove, works better and takes less time to cook compared to an electric Cooktop Countertop Burner. I'm just saying….
