We are just coming into spring YPG, you are inspiring me to get my Salads planted. Hoping for a long warm summer 🙂 Thumbs up to you 😉
Steve
Looks like a great salad! Will have to try it!
@YourProduceGuy Thanks for the add! Love your channel!
I was in Italy recently and I smuggled me some great Heirloom Tomato seed from an old grower. Rough looking things but tasted fantastic. So I will be trying those this year. A Couple of years back we lost Wheelbarrows full of Tomatoes to blight 🙁 that was a sad harvest.
Any way on a end on a bright note. I going to give this salad a try when the crops start coming in 🙂
Steve
This looks awesome & simple to make!
ahaha. You can either fry it or toast it using a vegetarian oil.
Oh, and buying it is always an option :p
Your welcome 🙂
The excellent recipe 🙂
I'm looking forward to trying this. I've never used bulgar wheat before, but it sounds really yummy.
Oh my goodness, I have loved tabouli ever since I was a kid!! We went to this store and they had the best tabouli and I always asked if I could get it!
Nice done:)) greetings from germany
Hey YPG How are you this fine morning 🙂 You know I would love to see more of your garden and the things you grow. Are you a big Gardener, or your partner perhaps?
Your Tomato Transplant video was great, a lot of youngsters won't have tasted a garden tomato and the taste is so different to the watery bland supermarket variety. I know your year is going into Winter but there is always stuff going on in the garden.
More from you garden would fascinate me, if you get chance.
Steve
Awesome! Keep it vegan!
I don't think i can find bulgar wheat here in Argentina, it's replaceable?
Whoohooo! This one made my favorites list; that's where I keep recipes I want to try. I think I could happily use cilantro from my yard, my tomatoes & lemons, so I only have to buy the onion and the bulgar wheat. Yay. Great recipe, thank you.
This looks yummy! Never had it but now I'm gonna try it 🙂
I love tabouli salad!!!! I prefer to add a touch of peppers and basil!
i have made this salad without the bulgur and substituted finely chopped cauliflower…it was yummy too! and i skipped the olive oil also.
Big Oops Raymond! I forgot a very important ingredient. Mint! Need a small bunch. Your middle eastern friend.
it's a great salad. i love that it's so fresh! LOL
thank you sir, that' going to be on the dinner table soon
I love Tabbouleh.
If you want to eat that for dinner, what could you eat with it? If you want to keep it vegatarian.
@potterylady- I've had it atop hummus on pita bread and it was delish!!!
that is an Arabic recipe like Egypt UAE Lebanon and more
I love Tabouli!
Wonderful salad, thank you.
Like kurai123098, I don't put cucumbers in either – or anything oniony. What I do add is mint, about a quarter as much as parsley. Mint plus lemon makes it very bright indeed.
You do not now haw to make it I am a Syren you did it rowing
This looks absolutely fucking delicious!
What! No fresh mint?
Where can I find the recipe???
I love parsley stems… taste just fine in anything
My mum used to just chop the tomatoes and let them sit on the bulgar…it works
You're either Superman, of you've got some mighty juicy lemons right thar! Yum! I love lots of lemon in tabbouleh as well. (Intentionally "re"spelled to reflect another of the many spellings of this delish dish!)
Anyway, back to watching the vid~
