Oh I forgot to ask about the brisket but I will watch and learn for now… doh @ 6:00 tells the tale, brisket forgotten, RIP brisket, maybe next time. May I ask, is the brisket supposed to cook with the bones the full time and get sliced later or do you add brisket at some later point and then slice it after? I fully appreciate the thug life version, thanks for not making it "easy" style.

  7. Yeah I don’t like the noodles in the pink bag. They get mushy too fast and break apart. I just get the same brand but the bigger clear bag.

  9. I've been watching and following for about 4 years now. I have made many of your recipes, and all of them great. I will be attempting this now. There is a Vietnamese restaurant near me called Pho Saigon, and they have amazing Pho! My favorite place to eat.
