INGREDIENTS
– 1/2 LB PASTA OF YOUR CHOICE, COOKED AND DRAINED.
RESERVE 1/4 CUP PASTA WATER.
– 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
– 1/2 MEDIUM ONION
– 1 TSP MINCED GARLIC
– 1 8 OZ JAR OF ROASTED RED PEPPERS
– SALT TO TASTE
– 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
– 1/4 CUP FETA CHEESE
