Is there a way to wash the lamb meats to remove or lessens the game test?
Okay, she's beautiful, she's smart, she can cook and she even denies Israel as a legitimate state. ❤
Blanche, can we expect Moroccan Preserved lemons recipe coming up next? 😋 Preserved lemons will go soooooo well with tagine and I'm sure you can top it with hummus too!
Hi I don’t have a diffuser can I place a flat pan instead
Do we cook khus khus separately or can we add the khus along with meat
Love it with couscous but you can't go wrong without it. My brother has a new Moroccan girlfriend who's been cooking all kind of fabulous Moroccan meals for him. They're going to love this video.
If I cook in regular pot do I have to still use the diffuser
Omg you made me laugh 😂 thanks for that! I love Moroccan food, too! My favorite tagine is lamb with chickpeas pumpkin and dates topped off with cilantro and slivered pistachio. Thanks for sharing!!
so for vegetarians use garbanzo?
Hi I am new to the channel 😊
Great video

That looks fantastic!!!
The link you have for Tagine is different from the one you are using. The tagine in video looks more authentic, can you please post the link for that too?
Thanks

Thank YOU
now this looks like a stunner – but I'll use chicken instead 😉
I can’t wait to try this recipe, I just got an induction stove top tagine . It is not clay, but I did a chicken and it did not crack.
شكران لكي سيديتي لكن نحن نضع الجزر فوق اللحم أول لأنه يكون صعب في الطهي تم البطاطس فوقه 😁بالصحة والراحة
I made a chicken tagine tonight, and it was heavenly. (I had to order ras el hanout online, but it was worth it!) I used four types of dried fruit (prunes, raisins, dates, and apricots), as well as almonds. The fruit really does make all the difference; I love the sweetness it lends to the tagine. I ate it with couscous on the side.
I'll have to get my hands on some lamb so I can make this version! Shukran, Blanche, for this recipe!
