This is a recipe for red cabbage slaw. This dish is supposed to be crisp, colourful, and delicious. I hope this video helps you to quickly, simply, and easily create this super refreshing and healthy salad.

Ingredients:

-half a head of red cabbage
-one apple
-1 tablespoon of white sugar
-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
-1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
-salt and fresh ground pepper

Variations For This Recipe:

-You can also use a very sweet apple and not include adding sugar.
-You can also add a little finely chopped onion to this recipe but I prefer not too.
