  1. I want to use butter instead. Should I use same amount of butter as coconut oil? Just room temp, right? Or cold?

I use almond instead of vanilla, delicious.

  2. After browsing a handful of different sites, a lengthy google search and passing on dozens of recipes tonight, I landed on yours.Your thumbnail looked like the exact crumble I wanted, so I gave it a shot.

Absolutely delicious, perfect crumble. I seasoned everything to my taste but used your process, and I couldn't be happier. This is the best crumble I've ever had; crispy top, tender fruit, luscious sauce coating the fruit and perfectly sweetened.

  3. I use a plastic gallon ziplock bag for my crisp, I'm still manipulating it with my hands, but not needing to get my hands all greasy in the ptocess.
