Today I am making my favorite crispy baked parmesan potato wedges. These are great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner side. This is gonna be good!
Btw I realized I left out the lemon pepper, so I added it off-camera.

  1. Totally tried this recipe in my air fryer..yumm! Thx for that ! 😄

  2. O my they look delicious, thank you for sharing with us your recipe, blessings to you and your family 🙏 from Diana Vasquez 👍😘

  3. I made these for breakfast this morning. I'm not sure if I liked the cheese, since it all burned on the bottom. (I make wedges all the time as a celiac-friendly substitute for toast soldiers, but I’ve never tried this specific recipe before.)

  4. Looks great! Saved on my "sides-to-make" playlist! Did you flip the wedges at any time, or no?

  5. Sorry to post this here but my email was returned.

Years ago I worked in San Antonio and stayed in a motel own by a Hispanic family. Once in awhile at the little attached bar they would serve homemade flour tortillas and a bowl of cubed beef( not hamburger) with a thick gravy that was out of this world! I can't remember anything else in it, I'm sure there was. But we're talking 40 some yrs ago. I tried to replicate it, which I normally could do with food. I couldn't do it justice to save my butt. I've been following your channel on YouTube and drool over your dishes. Would you by some little slim chance have any idea what I'm talking about? There may have been potatoes, but the beef melted like butter an the flavor is what comes to mind. I could never copy the flavor because I'm not familiar with real Mexican cooking. Not the Tex Mex version where everything has to burst into flame. This just was a nice savory meal that paired well with an ice cold beer in the hot Texas sun! Any help would be awesome. Thanks

  6. YUM! I love my wedges with Malt Vinegar or Balsamic vinegar and if I don't have either, then I'll go for ketchup with tabasco or siracha sauce mixed together! Thanks for sharing..

  7. My husband brought home a 20lb bag of potatoes (we ❤ papas) great idea for side dish tonight, yummy! BTW, the close up b4 you took a bite looked so good I was actually blowing on the papita for you to cool it off…lol

  8. Hello, I have a quick question I'm sure I missed something? Did the recipe have some corn starch in it to make the wedges? Thank you! 💖

  9. Great recipe but I adjusted it a little bit cut the wedges like you show then blanch them in boiling water 5 mins
Remove from pan put them in the freezer 1 hour then follow your recipe only add flour so it flour egg wash and herb mixture the flour help every thing stick better thanks for sharing

  10. These look soooo good! I wonder would these taste good with a creamy dill or chive dip?

  11. I made these tonight sooooo flavorful and delicious! Next time I’ll take them out at 30 instead of 35. I love all your recipes! Slowly going through them the Tex mex enchilada sauce was a hit too!
