Amazingly Delicious Southern Fried Corn Recipe Ingredients:
4-6 ears of fresh corn, shucked and cut off of the cob, reserving the milk that comes off
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
2 tablespoons bacon fat
salt and pepper to taste
NOTE: For this amazingly delicious southern fried corn recipe you can also use can or frozen corn. If using can corn drain off the liquid from the can

  1. Yes, yes, Mrs. Pam I do keep bacon grease myself, in a class jar right in my refrigerator door, and it is delicious in some of my vegetables or whatever I want bacon flavor in. God bless.

  6. I just went to a farmers market and 80 ears of corn for $14.00, so i know the "fresh frozen" thing. I love to add peppers and onions in mine. Tfs

  7. Now that 🌽 corn is in season here in Tennessee. I bought 15 for $5. I'm running out of ways to make it. Thanks Pam I've never tried this.
