  1. You rock, Kent. If I may make a suggestion, we used to add a hot sauce splash to our holiday sauce. It used to be called Dos Gringos, and it was made by Adobe Milling in Dove Creek, Colorado. It's just called Adobe Milling now. It's made out of jalapeños and I think you'd love it. They're bean farmers, and they grow the BEST beans. Thanks again, Kent.

  8. Wouldn't a Cowboy make everything from scratch ? I expect ! As a chef I find it hilarious the one thing they get premade and don't make from scratch is also the easiest thing of all the ingredients to make from scratch …easier than the sauce even. The Pie Crust ! I mean it's literally 3 main ingredients to make pie crust (flour, fat, water)add a few things to make it better (like pinch salt, sugar, vanilla, vinegar, heavy cream or butter milk, eggs, leaving agent, etc but only the first 3 are needed) still easy to make and I guarantee it takes less time to make the pie crust than it does to go get it at the store !!

I would suggest that you change it so that the bacon gets only partially cooked when you add it in with the crust and eggs etc so it doesn't get overcooked like it definitely would if you already cooked it all the way and then cooked it way more. No thanks we are all picky about our bacon and how it comes out finished. Too overcooked would ruin the whole recipe and meal ! So yes I suggest you either cook the Bacon fully nice and crispy then add it at the end by dicing it up like you did and sprinkle it on top after you add the Hollandaise on the eggs so in other words keep it separate until the end. That way it stays nice and crispy but not over done blackened bark burnt gross ruin your meal.

  10. Just got done with a gordon ramsay cooking marathon, lol. Oh, this here sounds 👍my coworker cook got mad as I'd request eggs Benny often but didn't mind too much as she said I was such a good dishwasher, lol!
