Ingredients
For 2 sandwiches

๐Ÿฅ‘ Whole-wheat sourdough bread – 4 slices
๐Ÿฅ‘ Tomato – 1 pc
๐Ÿฅ‘ Avocado – 1 pc
๐Ÿฅ‘ Turkey – 4 slice
For sauce
๐Ÿฅ‘ Mayo – 1 tbsp
๐Ÿฅ‘ Black pepper – 1 tsp
๐Ÿฅ‘ Dried garlic – 1 tsp
๐Ÿฅ‘ Paprika – 1 tsp
๐Ÿฅ‘ Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Take out the bread and heat them in a sandwich maker. If you don’t have a sandwich maker, you can do it in a toaster or in a frying pan.
The main thing is to make sure that the bread is not too dry.

Prepare the sauce for the sandwich. In a bowl add mayonnaise, black pepper, dried garlic, paprika, and lemon juice. Mix everything well.

Cut tomato into thin rings.
Divide the avocado in half, then carefully (don’t cut your palm with a knife) cut inside the avocado slices, and take out with a tablespoon sliced pieces.

Spread the prepared sauce on both slices of bread.
Place turkey slices, avocado, and tomato on one side.

Fold the sandwich and press a little with your hand on top.

Cut it in half. And to serve, place one half on top of the other.
