For example salads are light and tasty. Recipe for today: delicious salad with turkey, figs and almonds.

Ingredients:
300 g turkey (diced)
300g figs
2 tbsp butter
almond slices
pinch of chilli
2 tbsp honey
salt
black pepper
sesame

Ingredients for salad:
salad
apple vinegar
balsamic vinegar
olive oil

Instructions:

1. Roast the turkey flavoured with pepper and salt in the pan until it gets golden.
2. Add crescent-shaped figs to the meat and roast for 3 minutes.
3. To get delicious taste, blend in honey, pinch of chilli and butter.
4. In a bigger bowl prepare the salad chopped in small pieces and sprinkled with apple and balsamic vinegar.
5. Gently salt the salad and toss it thoroughly.
6. Serve on a big plate. Put the salad in the middle of the plate and sprinkle it with prepared meat.
7. Decorate with sesame and slices of almonds.
