  4. Amazing for sure! Gotta stick with the more modern way, Albert ~Getting older here. Our joints don't recover as well 🙂 We are fans of anchovies, bring them on! Parsley, garlic powder….yes! Ay Dios MIo! Que Deliciosa plata has elaborado! Por favor, doble la receta para aqui!~ 🙂

  5. I love the Mediterranean twist to YOUR Olive Tapenade.  I make Olive Tapenade all the time. Will have to try your recipe.  Looks delish my friend.

  6. That is a perfect dish, just gorgeous as is the baguette. Wow, it's hard to get bread to turn out like that, it must be a great bakery!

  7. Sorry to be 18 months late Albert. Catching up on earlier videos. Will try this later in the week. Many thanks.

  8. Olive tapenade is SO good when done right, as you've done here! I have always made with Italian olives, EVOO, and seasonings but this has me wanting to try your Spanish version!

  9. I can't wait to try this recipe – I love Spanish tapenade! I ate so much of it when I was there. Thank you for showing this version without anchovies 🙂

  10. I've been making a hot bonnet pepper tapenade for years w/ my eggs….from now on, I'm going to make a lot of it. I do a lot of saute and carmelizing….I do this w/ all my ingredients in making this type of tapenade. Sorry it's my secret recipe…but I'm sure people can figure it out if interested…or come up w/ their own.

  11. This is so delicious. I did add a small squeeze of anchovy paste it and It was wonderful. You're now my go-to for tapenade and for whenever Im craving chickpeas.
