How To Make Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)
1 cup hulled sesame seeds, toasted
pinch salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil

You forget to add a 1/8 cup of flour. It is important.

(You missed adding lemon juice to increase its shelf life and keep the oils from oxidising though)
