  1. You have a great channel. I've watched so many of your videos and your always giving good inspiration or new ideas. Keep up the great work!

  2. Dude, I swear, you are the best. This one is just a bit too much effort for me for daily cooking 😅 Maybe I try sometime in vacation.

  3. This as absolutely the greatest take on Primavera ever !!! Thought it would be heavy but like you said, it's amazing light and refreshing. Awesome… thank you

  4. I learned something new. How to prep fava beans. I go to the farmers market every Sat. to get my weeks veggies (year round, we're lucky) I will look for the beans.
The pasta looked delicious! Any excuse to get ricotta ; )

  5. Holy guacamole, was hoping there would be a delicious veggie dish to spike my interest and this is like my absolute dream meal 🤍💚

  6. So good Steve.. Man as a teenager I would shell a pound of those fava beans. We didn't even par boil them. Now I'm lazy and have bought canned ones. I'd mix the fava with onion, eggplant, celery or whatever I had. Add a little paste from Italy and voila.. I'm going to try your pasta primavera. Those peas and brocollini are my favorite

  7. This is great. Not spring anymore but I've got a lot of veg coming in from my garden and this is just the kind of thing I was looking for.

  8. I'm not so big on vegetarian dishes but this looks amazing. I'm sure my sister and her boyfriend who are both vegetarians would love this. I'm gonna invite them over and make this for them.

  9. Dude I had to rewind it to see the little wolverine claws he did😆 he’s by far my favorite comic character ever!

  10. Nice video! I am not sure if this was mentioned, but go easy with the salt in the pasta cooking water as you will use it in the dish. Ideally, for dishes that use the pasta cooking water, like the aglio e olio, I use 1/3 of salt from what I usually use for other pasta dishes (like regular tomato sauce)

  11. Why americans, like, sound like, they are, like, asking you, like what they are saying…?
    My name is Leonardo…..? Iglesias….?
    Ah, ja…

  12. Hahaha dude you are pretty much always wearing that Wolverine shirt 😂 Did you ever get those dried Beans from St Joseph’s and carry it around in your pocket next to your money? Haha
