  1. Oh yes, there's soooo many options! Of course, you can always stir flavors and spices into the oatmeal while it's cooking, rather than top at the end. It's up to you – that's the beauty of it! So are you more of a sweet or savory person? What are your favorite flavors? Happy Sunday! xo – Lisa

  2. I can't actually really eat sweet oatmeals but want to have something in the fridge for snacks. Could you do a savoury overnight oats version?

  3. Woww. Thank you so much for this! I have been regularly using this and this is such a time saver and healthy at the same time

  4. Can the oatmeal bowls be prepped and kept for lunch like in lunchbox? Will it still be fresh and good to eat?

  5. Billion dollar insight – reduce hassle, time wasted, energy, money, dishwashing liquid, water and other primary and secondary costs over your lifetime by replacing stainless steel pot with non-stick small pot or pan to cook oatmeal. The non-stick makes it easy to remove the sticky oatmeal from the cookware.

  6. I absolutely love oatmeal and it cures any issues I have with constipation ever. If I gave oatmeal everyday for a month I’m always regular. I Ike to have eggs to switch it up but sadly when I have eggs it makes me constipated. I get tired of oats and I crave eggs cooked in ghee. Eggs are so healthy and a nutritious powerhouse so I’m super sad I can’t have them if I want to stay regular 😢

  7. got hooked to your channel… I love that you have tropical choices cause I'm a Filipino… some fruits you love may be available here but seasonal… You have so many options. Thank you so much….

  8. Thank you very much for this wonderfully well-presented and informative video, Lisa! Would you recommend soaking the rolled oats overnight before cooking them? I've read that soaking oats helps eliminate the undesirable phytic acid present in them but, because many of the commercially-available rolled oats I have access to (in Portugal) apparently steam them beforehand, am not sure it's a required step. Your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
