This chocolate Brazilian brigadeiro recipe is one of the easiest desserts I have ever made with only 3 ingredients. Best of all they taste PHENOMENAL and are easy to customise- a wonderful sweet treat for parties or an after dinner pick me up with a coffee!

  1. (: When you don't have pistachios, almonds or walnuts will do … Or you can do a mix of all three!!!!! … ☺

  2. Made these today, and they are delicious! Thank you for the recipe!

  3. This is absolutely perfect, and your pronunciation is spot on! I am Brazilian and it made me really happy to see you making brigadeiros, Donal! xx

  4. I just found this recipe randomly. Looked already to multiple different recipes. What I don't like people use butter on hands to roll them up. Someone wrote cold water is beter. Then I don't like how they put in in plate. One recipe just put it on baking form in baking paper. Way easier and less sticky, messy because you can just cut them up, then roll into something. I'd use different sprinkles or coconut pieces, sugar powder. Can't wait to try it out.

  5. The classic or original brigadeiro recipe it’s rolled in chocolate sprinkles… besides, loved your cover idea.

  6. While cocoa powder works, I find it a bit bitter. A sweeter option is to grind a chocolate bar and then roll the balls on it.
