  1. Thanks for not hiding your tats, chef. We need more pros with tats to desensitize people with bias. Also, I never tried a zucchini-only dish. It's always with bolognese sauce, pesto or parmesan and provolone.

    Maybe will try swap olive oil for whole avocado.
    Just a suggestion people. You don’t need to eat chicken. Go for a vegan (meaning plant-based) alternative, and you may spare an animals life!
