I honestly never thought watermelon in a salad would be good, but wow, this totally changed my mind. Looks so delicious! I'm definitely going to try this. I bet adding either some slices of jalapeños or red chilli peppers would give this a nice touch of a sweet and spicy heat and would go so well with some Asian chicken kabobs and a side of rice. Yumm! Over the past 2 years, my husband tauģt me that when you eat watermelon with feta you need to have wallnuts. You should try it next time.😉
