  5. Why would you use marsala wine why not white wine I don't think morsella wine goes with this just my opinion everything else looks great

  6. Okay, Chef Baldy, Great looking dish and I'm sure it's tasty. Two things I would do differently: 1. Soak the fresh clams in cold saltwater for 30-60 mins so they can expunge their sand and waste. This is a very important step. THEN wash them again. 2. Finish the pasta IN the sauce to collect all that fine flavor you developed with the garlic, basil, olive oil and Italian tomatoes. A splash of Chianti wouldn't hurt. I wish you well. This from a simple, old COOK, not a master chef.

  7. Growing up, we often had big family dinners at my grandparents' house. On Xmas Eve we always did the Feast of the 7 Fishes and spaghetti or linguini with red clam sauce was always on the menu.

  9. Nice, made with angle hair pasta, was amazing. Did after midnight too. Was prepping and cleaning all types clams for hours.. so when have great late night snack.. we are sleeping in late Sunday morning lol
