  3. I tried this but replaced the vodka with Tequila, then I replaced the dipping sauce with Tequila.  After I worked on this recipe for I while I replaced the oysters with Tequila and BOOM it's done.  So am I

  6. Okay but if you are gonna eat raw oysters just eat raw oysters with a touch of sea salt and or some lime .

  7. What oysters on the half shell need is my teeth sinking into them and then I’m going down the hatch other than that they need nothing that Emeril added. The only way I will eat and oyster on the half shell is raw or cooked so get out of the way.

  9. I don't get the garnish part of oysters because you eat them so fast you're not paying attention to how beautiful they look.
