1 1/2 CUP HOT PASTA WATER
PARSLEY
1/2 TSP SALT

-SEPARATE THE HEAD FROM THE STALK AND THEN BREAK UP INTO SMALL SIZES

-BRING WATER TO A BOIL,ADD SALT AND THEN ADD THE CAULIFLOWER, COOK FOR 10 MINUTES

-TWO MINUTES BEFORE THE CAULIFLOWER COOKING TIME ELAPSES PUT OIL IN A BIG PAN,HEAT ON MEDIUM FOR 20 SECONDS, ADD 2 ANCHOVIES COOK FOR 30 SECONDS, REMOVE THE CAULIFLOWER FROM THE WATER AND ADD TO THE PAN STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES

-IN THE MEANTIME COOK THE PASTA IN THE WATER WERE THE CAULIFLOWER WAS COOKING, COOK ACCORDING TO THE RECOMMENDED TIME ,WHICH WAS 11 MINUTES FOR MINE

-AFTER COOKING THE CAULIFLOWER FOR 2, ADD MINCED GARLIC COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND THEN ADD PAPRIKA,BLACK PEPPER,CHIVES AND CHICKEN STOCK POWDER STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND THEN ADD 1 1/2 CUP OF HOT PASTA WATER ADD 1/2 TSP SALT, COOK FOR 7 MINUTES

-STRAIN THE PASTA ADD TO THE CAULIFLOWER MIX WELL ADD A BIT OF PARSLEY AND SERVE WITH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

-ENJOY
