  1. I have made nd seen many types of stews bt none of them served with noodles nd the other things. I always make things different nd exclusive.

  2. I highly recommend using about 1/2 cup of Lambrusco red wine. Riunite. Also in any pot roast. Add sliced carrots. Don't be alarmed by the bottom of your pan looking black. It is not burned. It is caramelization from the beef fat, beef, wine, carrots, onions. Be careful not to burn; wine has a high sugar content. ⚘🍷🔪🥩🍄🧅🧄🧂🌶🍷🍽🫒🍳
