NOW Foods Chef Suzy Singh creates Lebanese Freekeh with Lentils & Onions (https://www.nowfoods.com/now/recipes/lebanese-freekeh-lentils-onions) – a healthy and nutritious side dish with a ton of flavor and packed with plant protein. 1. the food is a 100% israeli. the lebanese just stole it. israel prepered this food 2000 years ago in common with the old egyptians.

  2. Please slow down when you are saying the Ingredients and spices. I am Latina so all this ingredients don’t come natural to us. I also didn’t hear you mention portions for each ingredient. The dish looks delicious! It is my first time cooking Freekeh. 🫣
