INGREDIENTS
320 g of Carnaroli rice
1.5 L of vegetable broth
1 white onion
2 tsp of saffron pistils or 2 sachets of saffron powder
100 g of butter
70 g of Grana Padano
Salt
150 g of gorgonzola

METHOD:
First, fry the onion in the butter, shortly after add the rice and toast/flavor it. After a few minutes, gradually add the vegetable broth. Meanwhile, in a glass of hot water we melt the saffron which will give a unique flavor to the risotto! Almost at the end of cooking your risotto add saffron. Mix with gorgonzola and parmesan and enjoy!
