Lemon herb grilled salmon | Salmon recipe | How to cook salmon
Lemon And Herb Salmon Recipe:
– Costco Olivia Atlantic Salmon, remove individual portions from the freezer and let thaw in the fridge 6-8 hours.
Prep:
– Seasoning is important, in a bowl add :
– 3/4 tsp. of Italian seasoning
– 1 tsp. of ground rosemary
– 3/4 tsp. dill
– 1/2 tsp. salt
– 1/2 tsp. pepper
– Mix all well.
– 2 lemon wedges
– Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels
– Generously season all sides of salmon fillets
Cooking:
– In a skillet on medium-high heat add 1 Tbs. of each butter and olive oil
– Press fillets firmly down into the hot pan to sear evenly
– Cook 2-4 minutes depending on how you like your salmon cooked, 4 minutes for me!
– Flip, squeeze on top of fillets one lemon wedge per fillet, immediately cover
– Cook another 2-4 minutes
– Done! It’s that easy!
– Garnish with lemon wedge
