  1. Elvis presley was born in tupelo, Ms which is only about 30 mins from my home. In the south a peanut butter and banna sandwich is a popular choice some and mayo but I've never seen bacon used before.

  2. I made this today I think the peanut butter and banana makes it taste weird … I’ll just stick to jelly and bacon lol

  3. Over-consuming butter, like anything else, is not healthy but consuming butter at all, like anything else, is NOT automatically un-healthy. Butter has vitamin D + protein & fat which is good for digestion & good for muscle growth in combination with exercise.

Elvis got fat because he ate too much, not because he ate butter at all (obviously…rediculous).

  4. Elvis didn't use bacon. And toasted the bread before adding the peanut butter and bananas. And then he fried it in butter!

  5. This ain’t even that bad but you can only have lean fish and greens for the rest of the day.

It’s probably sustainable too as a diet. Just no more carbs, or sat fats after this meal.

  6. I will deep fry the banana slices and use the wagyu of pork, bacon 🥓 Berkshire Kurobuta pork 🤤

And maybe add some manuka honey? I’m going against traditional here but, Elvis would envy me 😂💕

  7. I started eating these after my divorce and I see why Elvis loved them, they make the pain go away. Can’t think of a better way to go out feeling like a king.

  8. Nope! Elvis ate fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches NO Bacon! He ate burnt bacon but not on his sandwich! Lord I wish you people would do the research.

  9. One time i made my own version of this, PB on one side, Marshmallow fluff on the other, bacon in the middle and then fry it in a pan i only made it once but i remember it was really good 😅 Or another version that i make more often is PB&J with bananas in the middle.
