LABENESE FATTOUSH SALAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Green Capsicum Chopped – 1 Cup
Cucumber Chopped – 1 Cup
Lettuce Chopped – 1 Cup
Tomatoes Chopped – 2 Medium
Pomegranate Seeds – 1 Cup
Arabic Pita Bread Toast – 2
Baby Radish Red – 1 Cup
Purslane Leaves – 1 Cup
Parsley -1/2 Cup
For Dressing
Basil with Thyme (Salad Seasoning)-1 sachet
Pomegranate Molasses Syrups – 2 tbl sp
Lemon – Full
Olive Oil -4 tbl sp
Sumac – 2 tsp
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Preparation Method:-
Step 1: Salad Dressing
Take a bowl add 4 tbl sp of Olive Oil , 2 tbl sp of Pomegranate Molasses Syrup , 1 full Lemon Juice , 2 tsp of Sumac , Garlic Powder 1 tsp & Add 1 Sachet of Basil with Thyme Salad Seasoning or any other Salad Season of your own Choice , Mix all well and then keep aside .
Step 3: Salad Mixing
Take a big bowl, add 1 Cup of Chopped lettuce, 1 Cup of Chopped Green Capsicum, 1 Cup Chopped Baby Radish Red , 1 Cup Chopped Cucumbers Chopped, ½ Cup of Chopped Parsley, 1 Cup of Pomegranate Seeds , 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes , 1 Cup Purslane Leaves , Pour the Salad Dressing in Mix Vegetable Salad and add the Crispy Chips of Arabic Pita Bread ( the recipe of Crispy Bread Chips is made with cutting Arabic Pita Bread into Cubes and deep fry it till Golden brown and Crisps), Garnish with Pomegranate Seeds & Pomegranate Molasses Syrup .
Serving:-
Serve it along with Hummus & Kebabs
