  1. Nice recipe.. That is actually not a "disposable pan". You can and should clean and reuse them many times. But I am sure you know that ; )

  2. I'm just curious. What is the reason for using unsalted butter, and then adding salt? Couldn't you just use regular salted butter and not add salt?
