Today in the third of a three-part series, Stevie Kim is with the entrepreneur and wine maker Giuseppe “Beppino” Pagano for a special seafood and wine pairing at the Beach Club 93 restaurant in Salerno.

In this episode Stevie discovers the ingredients used in the kitchen to prepare the restaurant’s Mediterranean seafood menu paired with wines specially selected from the San Salvatore winery.
