Looks fantastic. I love this salad. Had some great Greek restaurants in my area. Then I met my wife who started cooking in the local restaurants and she use to make this all the time for me. Also the Steak version. Been a long time since I have had any and she unfortunately has passed on a year ago. Was in her kitchen at work and This looks almost exactly how she made it. Thank you for sharing and will be making this next week for sure.
