  4. I made this yesterday, and wasn’t impressed.
    Probably because the recipe wasn’t clear wether you could use smoked gammon!
    That’s what I used . And cooked the ham and glazed it exactly to this recipe. Although the glaze was ok ! Nothing I would get excited about! The taste of the smoked ham overpowered anything else ! Probably my fault for using smoked gammon! I think this recipe needs to be clear that only unsmoked gammon should be used ! I will give it another try , just to be fair on Jamie
