Shopping List:
1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg and 1 egg yolk (room temp)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup toffee chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and allow ingredients to come up to room temperature as listed above. First mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately as seen in the video. (Make sure to spoon the flour into your measuring cups for accuracy!) Melt your butter and mix with sugar and eggs/yolks. Once you’ve mixed your wet and dry ingredients separately, begin to fold in your dry ingredients into your wet a little at a time. Continue to fold this in until all of the flour is absorbed and cookie dough forms. Next mix in your desired blend of chocolate chips etc. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before baking. Roll into even size balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes checking occasionally. Allow them to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.

  1. I know I said Baking Powder in the voice over.. but I misspoke! My apologies! The recipe in the description is accurate. It should be baking soda and not baking powder. Sorry for the confusion
