The smear under the meat is a little sloppy and I really don’t like the dots on top of the meat. Gives me shivers in a bad way. Whole thing sounds tasty though.

Emulsion dots seem so random. I like what you were trying to do with the symmetry overall, but it feels so oddly flat. Needs more height. Salad sounds nice and light but maybe bring some funk (but not miso) into the dressing to pair with the rub and emulsion? Maybe not necessary though. Pickled carrots sound great to match the emulsion dots. Avocado purée has me confused. I think it would be tastier with the brocc vs under steak since avocado is basically vegan butter. Baby broccoli = broccolini? Maybe from editing but most steak pieces look medium and not medium rare.
