Shopping List:
1 rotisserie chicken
8oz cream cheese
1/2 diced onion
3 stalks of celery diced
1 cup franks red hot sauce
Ranch seasoning, AP seasoning
2 tbsps butter
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic paste
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
2-3 eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Oil for frying

  9. Save the chicken bones in a large ziplock bag every time you buy/make chicken. Squeeze out as much air as you can, then put it in the freezer. Do this until the bag is full. Then, boil the bones, scraps of meat, cartilage, etc., (the longer the better), in some water, (just enough to cover them about 1”), and simmer on the stove for as long as you can. Using a “fine mesh” strainer, strain out the liquid into containers. (So no pieces of bone, and other things get in the container). Congratulations!! You’ve just made your own chicken bone broth!! You can do the same with the peelings, and scraps of veggies, to make homemade vegetable stock. Don’t forget about those pieces of chicken skin! Cut them into “chips”, then deep fry until crisp. Yuuumm!!!!
