    Roasted tomato’s? What an amazingly thin crust. Some sort of shiny gel? It’s pretty cute.

  2. It’s gorgeous and I think we all want to know a bit more detail about what’s happening here. Confit tomato? Or stewed? Looks like salmon roe with raw looking shrimps, some kind of clear polymer gel with gold leaf in it?
