recipe:
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb semisweet chocolate chips, or a mix of dark and semisweet
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Directions
Put the milk and heavy cream in the fondue pot. Set to Setting 4.5, bring the mixture just to a simmer. Reduce the heat to Setting 3.5 and gradually, using a nonstick whisk, add the chocolate chips, vanilla and salt.
Reduce heat to Setting 3.
