  1. Don't put almonds that's f-ed up. And it's skordaliAAAA. Not skordaaalia. Geez Luise.
Plus it's either lemon or vinegar not both together, or ppl with heart issues will be in serious problems.
There are two varieties of this recipe 1 with vinegar instead of lemon and one with lemon instead of vinegar.
There's also the option to make it with potatoes or bread instead of potatoes. Do some homework lady please and don't f-up traditional recipes of thousands of years, you're just not classified for it , you just don't have the jurisdiction, and neither do I. We Hellins preserve and maintain our heritage please don't screw it up.
If Hellenic cuisine is your thing please go buy Tselementes cooking book. The guy dedicated his life work on searching , catalogue, and preserving every single traditional recipe from every single place, island or remote village in a forgotten mountain top of our country and all their variants , from the oldest grate nannys to the youngest cooks. My late grandmother and her Great-great grandmother are also in that book, and my grandfather was a cruise ship sheff so please don't make us Hellins look like clowns, the chemistry in our recipes are way more sophisticated that it looks just ask any dietologist or food chemistry specialist. Thank you , would love to see you doing better next time.
