  1. Not broccoli, sure. But “at all?” Wrong. Broccoli, kale, broccoli rabe/rapini, Brussel sprouts, and cabbage were all selectively bred from the same plant from the classical period through the middle ages.

  2. The fact that you need to “reduce the bitterness” is a sign to not eat it in the first place 😂
