Ingredients:
1 English cucumber, chopped
2 Cups Grape Tomatoes, halved
1/2 Cup Red onion, finely chopped
1 Yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 Green bell pepper, chopped
2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 Lemon, juiced
2 Tablespoons chives, chopped
2 Tablespoons dill, chopped
1/2 Tablespoon dried parsley
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, yellow and green bell peppers, and herbs
2. Combine chopped ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss with feta, lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings
3. Serve cool and enjoy! 😋
