  1. For the caramel popcorn, add pinch of baking soda to the caramel in the pan when almost done, mix it continuously until the caramel froths turn off the heat n then add salted popcorns. Coat the entire batch very well with caramel . Transfer immediately into the baking tray. Spread evenly n bake at 160 for about a min or less, let it cool n enjoy. By adding baking soda n then baking makes it extra crisp n crunchy. For the record i have tried making minus the soda n baking but nah.. Do try guys
