Tempeh is, without a doubt one of the most complete superfoods, however, a little bit underestimated. In this recipe, I bring you tips and a delicious Moroccan marinade/sauce called chermoula. The two combined resulted in a super delish meal, super easy, affordable and simple to make. Hope you guys like it as much as I do!

1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 garlic cloves
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup fresh coriander
1 cup fresh parsley
1 cup mint

  1. Yummy! Its great if you fried it with chilli, anchovies and ground nuts too..yummm..ah you need to change the anchovy with something else then..perhaps sea weed?

  12. It is easy to make your own tempeh at home, if you make your own tofu, reuse the pulp for this purpose or buy tempeh starter. The rest will be find on the Youtube (Things you already know probably) 👍👍

  13. Hi Jana, in another video you mentioned that green banana biomass can substitute oil. Can we replace the oil in the chermoula sauce by biomass in this recipe?
