Creamy, smooth and absolutely delicious! A traditional Tarama dip recipe made from fish roe, vegetable oil, lemon juice, grated onions and bread. Simply delicious! Usually it`s served as part of a meze platter with lots of pita breads or bread. In Bulgaria it`s called Tarama caviar, in Greek – Taramasalata(or Taramosalata).
