  2. Lady you’re nice, but SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA IS PECORINO ROMANO (or parmigiano reggiano) GUANCIALE (or pancetta) EGGS AND PASTA WATER AND A LOT OF PEPPER, AND IF YOU ARE FROM NAPLES YOU KNOW THAT THERE IS NO BACON, CREAM OR ONION. AND YOU TALK ABOUT TRADITIONAL CARBONARA, VISIT ROME FIRST.

  4. I don't have anything against people telling me "I like it like this" and "my granma told me how to do it". But please, PLEASE, I beg you: STOP CALLING THIS THINGS "PERFECT" OR "OFFICIAL". This recipe has to do with carbonara like hamburgers have to do with hot dogs because they are both in a bun.

  10. Normally you use pecorino romana…but because your from the coolest and nicest Town in italy bella napoli its oke 😉
