  1. Unless you get your fresh fish directly from the fisherman off his boat you’re buying previously frozen seafood. Those “fresh” shrimp he prefers were frozen at one point.

  2. I honestly like Marco more than Gordon anymore. He’s more realistic and had everyday ingredients. He doesn’t pretend like his palate is so glorious that he cant dare eat frozen food or McDonalds every now and then.

  3. Knorr: "It puts the Knorr Stock Pot into the recipe, or else it gets the hose again."

Pierre White: "Yes Sir, sorry Sir."

  4. Wow, I can't believe MPW forgot to remove the digestive tract of the shrimp. That's filled with shrimp poop..

  5. The plural for shrimp is "shrimps" now? Just like last week I saw a herd of deers. And I like eating fishes.

  6. I also love 4-feet shooting flames in my box kitchen when trying out Marco's simple dishes

  7. I was a cook on a cruise ship in Hawaii in 1993 and we cooked many items with different liquors. We made two shrimp dishes with Pernod wine. A garlic shrimp scampi with Pernod and this same style recipe but with marinara and sliced black olives doused in Pernod. Pernod has a licorice/fennel flavor that is just the bomb. It still is my favorite cooking alcohol today.

  8. I think this recipe is amazing…..I have got to make it. I've made several of his recipes already and they are superb.

  9. This man is in such inside pain. In all his cooking videos he just flips frying stuff, hot boiling oil without any feeling with his fingers. He just stoped giving a damn. I bet he could cook depression.

  10. Erm don't mean to picky but, could you just use salted butter and forget about the Knorr which he's using as seasoning 🤷‍♂️

  11. He said those shrimps take 60 seconds to cook..and those shrimps were out of the pan in 60 seconds.
