Chocolate Cake| Chocolate sponge cake| Basic cake recipe

Ingredients:
Egg- 4 ( At room temperature)
powdered Sugar-1 cup ( 150g, mentioned 125 g in video, by mistake.). it’s is equal to 3/4 cup regular granulated sugar. I powdered regular sugar.
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda-1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder-1 &1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa Powder-1/2 cup (50 g)
All Purpose flour/ plain flour-1 cup ( 130 g)
Vegetable Oil-3/4 cup (180 ml)
Vanilla Essence-1&1/2 teaspoon

Baking: Bake in a preheated oven ( preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes) at 180C for 30 minutes.
Pan size: I used a 6 inch pan, you may use a 7 or 8 inch pan as well.

  5. Tried this today came out very well .. In cooker for 25 mins aproxmiately. Never expected as this was my first time, expected worst but unexpectedly came out so well I felt very good.. My little one loved it โค thank u.. Measurement was apt.. I reduced the quantity to half cup and accordingly other ingredients too.. I didn't use electric beater but still whisked my egg and other mixture as much as I can

  9. Hi u added 50g of choclate powder to the batter where did the rest of the chocolate powder comenfrom in the end when u added them dry
