  2. Ingredients:
    400g butter, softened
    500g light brown sugar
    4 egg yolks
    2tsp vanilla
    550g plain flour
    1tsp bicarbonate of soda
    400g chocolate chips (plus an extra 40g for topping)
    300g Nutella
    300g Biscoff spread

    1) Preheat your oven to 180Β°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160Β°C (fan)

    2) Line an 8×8" baking tin with baking paper.

    3) Add the butter and sugar to a bowl and cream them together.

    4) Add the egg yolks and vanilla and mix until combined.

    5) Add the flour and bicarbonate of soda and mix to form a dough.

    6) Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.

    7) Separate the dough into thirds (620g).

    8) Press β…“ into your baking tin.

    9) Scoop the Nutella into the baking tin and smooth it out evenly.

    10) Place another third of the dough on top and gently press it down.

    11) Add the Biscoff spread and smooth it out.

    12) Add the final layer of cookie dough and press it down gently, making sure there are no gaps.

    13) Place the extra chocolate chips on top.

    14) Bake for 35-40 minutes.

    15) Refrigerate overnight.

    16) Enjoy!
